Anaphylactic shock induced by intravenous injection of haemocoagulase agkistrodon

One 41-year-old woman with severe aplastic anemia accompanied by continous menses for over 10 days and stomachache,was intravenously given haemocoagulase agkistrodon 1 U,and anaphylactic shock occurred 5 minutes later.Then the patient received the therapy of high flow mask oxygen inhalation and boosting pressure,dexamethasone,epinephrine,dopamine were given for symptomatic treatment.One hour later,her symptoms improved.
