Abstract
Replica location is the key problem of replica management in a data grid.It is also the basis of data access and management.This paper analyzes the pitfall of centralized and distributed replica locations that are used in replica location.By proposing a hybrid strategy of data replica location,scattering replica location information in different domain location nodes,logical file name location index,which is logically centralized,can be used to locate replica information.
