Abstract
Objective:To investigate a GCMS method for simultaneous determination of 5 kinds of phthalate plasticizers in polyvinyl chloride sheet. Methods:Phthalate plasticizers in the sample were separated by gas chromatography. Meanwhile,the mass spectrometry was applied for qualitative analysis and external standard method was utilized for quantitative analysis. Results:External standard curves for 5 kinds of phthalate plasticizers were in good linear relationship in the range of 1. 917 μg·mL1( r 0.99),the average recovery within the added concentration range of 0. 28. 0 mg·kg1was 94. 1%104. 9% and RSD was 1. 1%4. 7%( n = 6). Conclusion:This work provided an effective,accurate and highly sensitive method for the rapid detection of huge quantity of samples.
