Abstract
To adapt to the needs of teaching of international medical students,the surgical department of Anhui Medical University adopted the method of problem-based learning(PBL)in the surgical teaching of international medical students.We settled the question environment based on clinical cases and videos of surgery,guided students to learn initiatively and gave them a summary in the end.Meanwhile we selected qualified teachers,edited teaching materials and built a series of evaluation methods.Practice proves that the PBL method is helpful in enhancing the learning enthusiasm of international medical students,reaching the goal of mastering surgical knowledge and skills and improving the quality of teaching.
