Abstract
The effects of the different polar components of black oats vinegar,on the reaction of platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate( ADP) and thrombin were assessed.Using turbidimetry, the changes of OD value of the response of platelet aggregation induced by ADP and thrombin in 20 minutes were recorded, too. The 1,5min aggregation rate and maximum aggregation rate and aggregation inhibition rate of the different polar components were analyzed. Compared with the controlled group, all the components with different polarities concentration-independently inhibited the platelet aggregation induced by ADP and thrombin.
