Abstract
According to Chinese Tort Law,the School's Safety and Security Liability includes the independent and the complementary liability.In terms of its independent model of distinguishing legislation needs further research;in terms of the complementary liability,the corresponding complementary liability needs a scientific definition,but the legislative progress of provisions should not be ignored.
