Abstract
We induced the β- carotene from 5 specie(strains) of Dunaliella so that we can measured the content and the variety regulation of β- carotene in 5 species (strains) of Dunaliella. My experiments showed that D.bardawil var. w-8-1 was the species that could accumulate the highest-level of?carotene (6.6% to the dried algae). At the same time those also showed that D. primoleta possessed the lowest ?carotene (0.7%) among the all-5 species (strains).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
