On Creative Education in P.E. Teaching in Colleges and Universities

From the research of the nature, the process and the model of the P.E. teaching, some conclusions can be drawn that the center of the P.E. teaching is to develop and improve students’ physical and mental health; the main content is the teaching process; the multiple teaching model is the new thinking way of P.E. teaching in colleges and universities. Through these, the teaching idea that heath is the first can be carried out.
