Abstract

Modern IT revolution has being made an impact on human society overwhelmingly and unprecedentedly. The influences on China's gradual social transformation will first focus on social structure , personnel systems and social self-organizing ability. Modern IT revolution also give new challenges to the safeguard of China's information resources and national security. China must take the challenge and seize the chance to make its society transfer in right direction.
