Abstract
From the end of last century,china experienced a fast information revolution,but few people realize and understand the significant of this revolution on China's social transformation from so far.This thesis tries to understand the deep social influence of information revolution form the character of the new information and the mechanism between the new information and China social transformation.This thesis mainly refers to the influence of information technology on China's social connection,to promoting civil society development,and its deep meaning on China government transformation.
