Abstract
As one representative of Huxiang School,Zhang Shi had thorough negative attitude towards Buddhism and fustigated it extremely.Zhang Shi thought that Buddhism was humble which was from egoistical terra and didn’t distinguish the odds between the nature and the human desire.Zhang Shi’s Buddhism view is based on comparative analysis between Confucianism and Buddhism.He cleared up the Buddhism with the ideology of the Ren,Ge Wu Zhi andJu Jing Zhu Yi,the motive of which was to vindicate the legitimacy of Confucianism and to reject the incursion of the Buddhism.
