Abstract
Traffic impact degree evaluation is the important basis for judging the extent of the traffic impact after project is completed,and it is also is the key problem of TIA,Analytical Hierarchy Process is used to analysis the new residential area's traffic impact degree evaluation,the corresponding traffic-improving methods are proposed to achieve the harmonious development of the new residential area and urban transportation.
