An Applied Research on the Education Policy of "People-oriented Education"——Take the Course Teaching of Information Resources Management as an Example

National medium and long-term educational reform and development program(2010-2020)puts forward the education idea of People-oriented Education,Moral Education First .By using the method of combining the human science and the natural science,playing cross-advantage of pedagogy and information science,based on extensive investigations,the paper proposes a People-oriented Education,Four-in-one teaching method,and designs its theory and application system.The method aims at instrucing students' professional knowledge,training practical ability and engineering literacy,and improving moral cultivation.
