Consideration of Implementing Quality-oriented Education in Open Education Teaching

Under the teaching mode of open distance education and the guide of idea of learning-guide- group service for learners ,the implementation of quality-oriented education should begin with making teaching plan which embodies the training goal in law major ;improving the teacher's quality should be one of preconditions for implementing quality-oriented education;the idea of quality-oriented education should be impenetrated during teaching process. The paper discusses the implementation of quality-oriented education in law major of open education from the above three aspects.
