On College Student Party Members' Development Quality Assurance Mechanism

Students' Party development is an important task of college students' party building work. This paper analyzes the significance of the development of college students working party, discussed the development of the main factors affecting the quality of party members and existing college students, the current proposed safeguards to ensure the quality of party members and the development of mechanisms, including: specification party development program, establish and improve the rules and regulations; strengthen the training, education and evaluation mechanism to join the party; strengthen grass-roots party organizations, providing a strong focus on party building organizational and team building, to provide personnel protection.
