Quality Assurance System for Student Party Members Development

Trough the survey of student party members' quality in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,this paper understood the basic quality of student party members,present situation and problems of the party members' quality,and proposed appropriate measures to build quality guarantee system of student party members with full participation,whole process management and all-round education and raise the scientific level of party building among students.
