Abstract
A key technology for the development of injection mould design system based on UG was stated,including the interface technique of using UG to call MFC dialog box,parametric modeling technique and database access technology.The general design scheme and function module of the system were determined and a practical design process of injection mould was introduced.The application of the system is helpful for the management of parts library and parameters database and for the increase of design efficiency.
