Abstract

According to the thoughts He and its kernel Ren,Mencius put forward his theories on establishment of harmonious society,that is,carrying out the administration of government based on Ren.His theories contain rich contents of the harmony among human beings,between human being and the nature,between the government and its civilians as well as Democracy and Monocracy.Mencius theories on harmonious society are very closed to what the government is advocating,as a result,it is very important for us to learn and study Mencius theories.
