Effect analysis of laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair

Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair.Methods 120 patients with gastric ulcer perforation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital,the control group was treated by traditional operation,the treatment group was treated with laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair.The operation time,blood loss,bowel movement recovery time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were analyzed in the two groups.Results After treatment,all wounds got primary healing in two groups,no death case was found.The operation time,blood loss,bowel movement recovery time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P 0.05).Conclusion Gastric ulcer perforation repair has the characteristics of minimally invasive surgery,simple,safe and reliable operation,less postoperative infection rate,rapid postoperative recovery,and so on,it is worthy of clinic application.
