The clinical effect observation of laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair.Method Ninety two patients with gastric ulcer perforation in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group with 46 cases.The control group was treated by traditional laparotomy,whereas the treatment group was treated with laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair.The peoration time,blood loss,bowel movement recovery time,length of hospi tal stay and postoperative complications were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results The average operation time was(46.2±9.7) min,blood loss was(31.8±5.6) mL,bowel movement recovery time was(19.8±4.3) h,the rate of complication was 6.52% and length of hospital stay was(6.2±1.7) d in observation group.All the patients of observation group were recovered.All indexes in treatment group were significantly less than those in control group(P 0.01).Conclusion Gastric ulcer perforation repair has the characteristics of minimally invasive surgery,with less complications,rapid postop erative recovery and so on.It has good effectiveness in treatment and is worthy of clinic application.
