Abstract

After entering 21 Century,people's living level has been improved greatly,the demand of leisure sports and recreation have increased,government plays an important role in developing leisure sports and recreation and serving the people. But government has stressed on developing athletic sports for a long time and ignored the development of leisure sports and recreation. Government should pay more attention to the development of leisure sports and recreation and take actions.
