Abstract

It is over one hundred years old that the development of sports leisure and physical recreation in UK,which is from common healthy to leisurely and carefree mood,from small elite group to community.Sports leisure and physical recreation system includes the module of designing and planning,the characteristics of the original creativity and folk organization to run mainly.
