Abstract
A novel two-arm asymmetry three-level neutral-point-clamped switching mode PWM rectifier is proposed, the mathematical model of the rectifier is derived, and the working mode and the constant- frequency PWM control method are analyzed in detail. The novel PWM rectifier not only has less switching tubes, but also has the characteristics of low cost and simple implementation. The experimental results show that the harmonics are suppressed effectively, the unit power factor is achieved, and the bi-directional flowing of the energy is implemented.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
