Abstract

Objective To evaluate the function and significance of high risk HPV test,LCT test and histology biopsy with cohistology. Methods The patients were detected by LCT in out patient department of gynecology, the patients of cervical LCT test positive were detected by HPV test, then the patients with HPV test positive were histology biopsy with colposcopy and the patients cervical lesion with HPV infection were analysised in out patient in our hospital. Results HPV infection percentage of out patient in our hospital was 8.3%(846/10542),the positive percentage of HPV positive patients above LCT LSIL was 66.1%(559/846),the positive percentage of histoloty biopsy above CINⅠwas 72.6%(614/846),there was no significant deviation between two methods(P0.05).Conclusion Cervical lesion was collected in child-bearing age and sex activety period, the peak was 31~40 years. It was correlation that cervical lesion and high risk HPV infection and the most common risk HPV types was HPV 16,18.The positive percentage of cervical lesion diagnosis was significant elevated with LCT to assist HPV test and histology biopsy with colposcopy.
