ELISA method with two kinds of test paper GICA serum hepatitis C virus antibody results and analysis

Objective analysis of ELISA method(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) and GICA Act(colloidal gold immunochromatography assay) test strip for detection of two anti-HCV positive samples results are consistent with the detection rate and low rate of GICA method produced reasons,to the detection methods and reagents to make the right choice.Methods ELISA,and two strips on GICA law 134 anti-HCV positive samples were detected and measured results were compared.Results ELISA,GICA Act(British Branch),GICA Act(Ed)-positive rates were 96.3%,93.3%,76.9%to the standard ELISA method to do statistics,GICA Act(British Branch) test showed no significant difference(P0.05),GICA Law(Ed) test results are significantly different(P0.01),two kinds of test paper detection sensitivity and compliance were GICA Act(British subjects) was 96.9%,97.0%,GICA law(Ed) was 79.8%,80.6%,specificity of two strips of 100%.Conclusion(1) GICA method is sensitive and consistent with rates lower than the ELISA method,but different manufacturers GICA assay sensitivity and accuracy of paper there are large differences in detection of anti-HCV positive samples were missed when there is a certain,CICA method only as a screening test or ELISA,or review the positive samples auxiliary.(2) In considering the cost and single-positive rate of the premise,ELISA anti-HCV detection method is still the preferred method
