Abstract

Objective To review the influence of exogenous phosphocreatinase on myocardial damage after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The patients with effort angina(n=206) accepted PCI were chosen and randomly divided into two groups(each n=103).The control group was given routine treatment and experimental group, intravenous drip of phosphocreatinase(2 g once and twice a day for 3 days) besides of routine treatment immediately after PCI.The concentration of creatin kinase MB(CK-MB) and treponin I(TnI) were detected in all patients before PCI and 3 days after PCI and the treatment of phosphocreatinase were finished. Results The concentration of CK-MB(82.1±59.0 U/L vs.55.4±40.8 U/L,P=0.01) and TnI(0.483±0.402 μg/ml vs.0.388±0.415 μg/ml,P=0.02) increased significantly in the experimental group compared with the control group after PCI.Conclusion The immediate exogenous phosphocreatinase given to the patients with effort angina can abate myocardial damage after PCI.
