Abstract

Digitalization has been the tendency for archives department in colleges to develop and utilize information.In view of the current problems in the process of colleges' information construction,solutions are offered.In the process of building archives of infor-mation it is stressed that the principles of the truth,priority,security,standardization and normalization must be followed.The digital tendency of colleges' archives construction and the development are discussed.
