Study of With Microteaching to Improve Normal School Students' Teaching Skill

Abstract

The meaning,measures and steps of micro-teaching are discussed in this article.As a means to improve the students' teaching skill,superiorities of microteaching are analyzed,So,a kind of new teaching mode on microteaching education is put forward.Through trainning microteaching,students are offered opportunity of practice,so that meaningful teaching concepts established in their minds.It can improve their teaching skill and make them become qualified teachers.
