Abstract
The paper states the significance of microteaching in improving Normal School students' professional skill. Microteaching is used to classify multi teaching skills in complicated teaching course, and then a concrete teaching skill is trained. Trough train microteaching, students are offered opportunity of practice, so that sound teaching concepts come into being in their minds. It can improve their teaching skill and make them become qualified teachers.
