Research on Risks and Countermeasures of Chinese Smart City Construction

The construction of smart cities is an inevitable result of the humanity social development from the traditional agricultural society to the industrial society,to the postindustrial.The construction of smart city is not only the internal demand of the city problem and urban diseases of treatment,but also rare opportunities for active implementation of city innovation development and development by leaps and bounds.It can stimulate technological innovation,change the mode of economic growth,promote the transformation,upgrading of industrial structure,change the government behavior and improve the level of city management.It makes our city more efficient,more convenient,more green,more safety and more harmonious.This paper introduces the concept,significance,and discuss and analysis of the risks in different stages of smart city construction,and put forward the countermeasure to accelerate and promote the construction of Chinese smart construction.
