Contemporary History Consciousness in the Novels since the 1990s:“Narrative of the 1980s”

Since 1990s,novels describingthe 80sshow respect for historical continuity on description of relationship of the 80sand Cultural Revolution,revealing a vivid consciousness of contemporary history.The continuity can be divided into two levels: First,these works attributed thinking resources affecting 1980s to Cultural Revolution to different degrees;Second,these works showed or implied that backward thoughts of Cultural Revolution continued to exert influence on social life of 1980s.Re-recognizing of historical continuity helps writers in 1990s obtain full understanding of complexity of history in process of narration,and dominant features in a specific historical period,at same time acquire more comprehensive and diverse understanding of history.
