On Goal and Ways of the Administrative System Reform

At present,the pace of China's reform of the administrative system is further accelerated.Reform of the administrative system of the historical experience shows that,in order to achieve better results,we should attach great importance to the goal-setting of reform and monitoring the reform process.Therefore,a new round of reform should first establish a clear and specific goal,upholding the rule of law,strengthening of public services,intensifying the government responsibility.In the practice of reform,orientation of the people should be always insisted on,so that the people truly participate in the reform.To inspire the National People's Congress system and improve the news media supervision mechanism,reform of the administrative system should be placed under the powerful supervision.
