Abstract

Land resource is the most important material basis for the development of human society, and it is irreplaceable means of production for regional economic development. The article is based on the analysis of the current character that lying in the land utilization in the economic development process of Hunan Province, then discusses the countermeasure and way of the land utilization in the regional economic development.
