Analysis of the Economic Benefits of Land Utilization in Xinjiang and Study of Sustainable Utilization

In this paper,based on factor analysis of multitudinous statistic,the author analyzes the economic benefit of land utilizing development situation in fifteen cities of Xinjiang and elicits the developing standards of land utilizing economic benefit in each city.Guided by the sustainable development idea,in combination with the current situation of the regional economic development of Xinjiang,from two angles of urban construction and agricultural development,the author proposes the countermeasures for the sustainable utilization of land in Xinjiang.
