Construction of a Harmonious Society Private Enterprise's Labor Relationships

Currently,there exist many problems in private enterprise's labor relationships and it is necessary to seek new method to establish private enterprise's harmonious labor relationships.Fist,different level governments must change their idea and try to help the development of private enterprises;secondly,work unit organizations must establish a sound and standard management,so as to help the development of the private sector;thirdly,the whole society and all people must join together and strengthen supervision so as to push the development of the private enterprise.
