Abstract
Angiostatin is a angiogenesis inhibiting factor derived from tumor, which can potently inhibit endothelial cell proliferation and migration and has an important application value in the treatment of solid tumor. This paper reviews the current research situation of angiostatin, the relationship between angiostatin and angiogenesis of solid tumor and the respect of application in cancer anti-vascular therapy. China J Cancer Prev Treat,2003,10(3):332-334
