Abstract
Objective To introduce application of angiostatin in treatment of tumor. [Method] Domestic and foreign literatures are reviewed, it is discussed in detail in angiogenesis, biological and antitumor effect of angiostatin ect. [Result] Treatment of angiostatin on tumor is prospective strategy. [Conclusion] Study of one high-efficient steady gene vector of angiostatin is the prerequisite of guaranteeing better to play its antitumor role.
