On raising the oral communicative competence in English classroom teaching

Abstract
The Ultimate purpose of ELT is to cultivate student's communicative competence. The classroom language teaching should put communication as its core. Teachers should create according to actual conditions the real communicative environment for students, strengthening their leading function in English language learning, so as to improve students' oral communicative competence.
