Abstract

The Report of the 18th National People's Congress of CPC proposed that constructing a learning-oriented, service-oriented and innovation-oriented Marxist ruling party and ensuring the Party to become the core of the strong leadership of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The primary party organizations in colleges are the basis of colleges' whole work and combat power and the key content of the party building. At present, it is very necessary for us to closely combine colleges' practices according to the requirements of the spirit of the 18th NPC and constantly improve the scientific level of service-oriented party organizations.
