Abstract

At the fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee,strategic task of building Marxism learning-oriented party was put forward from the overall situation of roundly accelerating great course of socialism with Chinese characteristics and new great project of party building to make party organizations at various levels into learning-oriented party organizations.Higher vocational colleges should co-construct the party organizations with local government from self characteristics.This paper puts forward co-construction approaches and safeguard measures to co-construction of learning-oriented basic party organization by higher vocational colleges and local government.
