Abstract
In order to re-equip a compressed natural gas(CNG) single-fuel engine based on NQ120 diesel engine,the injection and ignition system were deeply studied.An electronic control unit with ignition and injection function was designed,including hardware and software.Also an ECU online calibration software based on the serial communication module of Labview was developed.Test results show that the designed ECU prototype can control the ignition timing and injection volume accurately.And the ECU can be used in real application after further improvement.
