Abstract

The preservation technique of nematode-trapping fungi was researched. The live capacity of nematode-trapping fungi and the efficiency of trapping parasitic nematodes were determined after different storage temperature and conditions. The result indicated that under the defined conditions, after 1 ~ 2 weeks, inoculating the preserved conidia on 0.4 g/L CMA medium, nematode-trapping fungi still could live and grow well. Also, they can capture nematode larvae using nematode-trapping organs.
