Abstract

To meet the high-accuracy requirement of DVG 850 high-speed vertical machining centerdesigned two different kinds of backstraps structure workbench, analyzed their static characteristics with ansys software and given their formation patternAccording to the analysis results, choose a better workbench structrue. The analysis result is shown that changing the structure of backstraps can improve the workbench stiffness. It makes a base for workbench optimized design.
