Abstract

Objective To observe the visual function and vision quality after blue-light filtering intraocular lens(Acrysof Nature) implantation.Methods The patients with age-related cataract treated with altrasonic phacoemulsification were randomly divided into two groups.The patients from treatment group were implanted with Acrysof Nature(SN60AT,) while the patients from control group were implanted with single-piece intraccular lens(Acrysof).The visual acuity,IOP,corneal endothelial cell count and complication were observed.Results There were no significant differences in the aspects of visual acuity,IOP,corneal endothelial cell count and complication between treatment group and control group.But fewer people complained about color perception change,blue vision and glare in treatment group.Conclusion The blue-light filtering intraocular lens(Acrysof nature) can filter blue light effectively and improve the vision quality of patients with age-related cataract after intraocular lens implantation.
