Abstract
This paper aimed to study the immune effect of the porcine parvovirus inactivated vaccine with nano-aluminum as adjuvant,to provide a theoretical basis for the development of novel adjuvants.A total of 20 pigs,35-day-old,were randomly arranged into four groups, and were respectively vaccinated by intramuscular injection with the inactivated vaccine with nano-aluminum as adjuvant, the conventional aluminum adjuvant vaccine and the oil emulsion adjuvant vaccine as control, the normal saline group as negative control. The HI and ELISA were used to detect antiPPV antibody so as to estimate the humoral immune response, and the flow cytometry was employed to examine the proportions of lymphocytes for evaluation cellular immunity response. The results of humoral immune response showed that, compared with oil emulsion adjuvant vaccine and conventional aluminum adjuvant vaccine, the nano-aluminum adjuvant vaccine obviously improved the speed of the antibody response at week 2post-inoculation,peaked at week 3post-inoculation.The results of cellular immunity response indicated that the level of response by all vaccines above were higher than the control group, but no significant difference among the groups. The nano-aluminum adjuvant could enhance the immune effect of PPV inactivated vaccine,it can Earlier stimulate the body to produce antibodies.
