Research of four types of adjuvants on antibody levels in mice immunized with Mycoplasma bovis inactivated vaccine

To evaluate the immune enhancement effects of the complete Freund's adjuvant,white oil adjuvant,aluminium hydroxide adjuvant,and propolis adjuvant on inactivated vaccine against Mycoplasma bovis disease,the four adjuvants were combined with the strains isolated from Xinjiang to prepare inactivated adjuvant vaccine,and then the healthy mice were immunized respectively.ELISA method was used to detect the serum antibody titer.The results showed that the highest serum antibody titer of the white oil adjuvant group was 1∶ 25 600,the titer in the aluminium hydroxide group was 1∶ 12 800,and the titers in the complete Freund's adjuvant group and propolis group were both 1∶ 6 400.The results indicate that the immune effect of the white oil adjuvant group is best,it is followed by the aluminum hydroxide adjuvant group.
