Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation with abdominal acupuncture, traditional acupuncture,AiXiangJiu and massage.Method:104 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were treated with abdominal acupuncture, traditional acupuncture,AiXiangJiu and massage and the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture instead of abdominal acupuncture and other treatments were same to the treatment group, evaluated the situation before and after treatment and did comparative analysis of the evaluation results.Result:There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P0.05),the scores of the total efficiency and lumbar spine disorders composite scoring standard score(JOA score) had significant difference between two group after treatment(P0.01),the treatment group were superior than the control group in improving lumbar function. Conclusion:Treating lumbar disc herniation with abdominal acupuncture,AiXiangJiu and massage has better clinical efficacy.
