Abstract

According to the impacting of auxiliary project of South-to-North water transfer project on Xidayang diversion works,and its general requirements for planning in Baoding and Hebei Province,and in view of economic and technology of engineering,six project schemes are proposed to use the water from South-to-North water diversion project as a new water source in Baoding water supply project.Selection factors have fuzzy characteristics,which affect program selection.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to optimize program selection.Based on the maximum membership degree principle,the best disposal program,all property of Xidayang diversion works buyout,is obtained by calculating.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method also provides decision-making foundation for Selecting projects schemes for the river water of south-to-north water diversion project used by Baoding water supply project.
