Abstract
Based on traditional daily water transfer model,water allocation system of water diversion project is analyzed by considering the status of south-to-north water diversion engineering.Then the requirement of a perfect integrated information management system is established.Finally,the technical problems of information management in construction of water transfer project are analyzed,which improves the system stability and reliability.
