Study on Grid Operation State Cognition Technology

In view of the opportunities and challenges of grid dispatching system,the urgency and importance of accurately cognizing grid operation states was indicated.Through combing and inducing the domestic and foreign grid operation standards and codes,and combining with the practical operation experiences of the dispatching personal,the eighteen operation indexes responded grid operation were defined and proposed,and the grid operation indexes system were established.The new definition of the power system operation state,and the criteria of whole grid operation state were discussed,which used the established grid operation system indexes.This grid state division mode different from the traditional one has more practicality and reliability.The grid operation cognition system enables the dispatching operation personal more clearly and accurately to hold grid operation state,which better control the grid operation state.
